1. Boutique Manager, full time 42 hours p/w

Salary: Competitive Salary PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS & COMMISSION SCHEME!

Due to our continued success and expansion we are now seeking an experienced, driven boutique/salon manager to be based in one of our London Stores.   The core of the role will be ensuring Strip is at the cutting edge of the retail and beauty industry and a five star service is offered no matter what.  The candidate will be in charge of a team consisting of  Front desk and Therapists.

The ideal candidate must have worked in a management  role in the beauty or retail industry and be extremely driven, ambitious, personable and sales orientated.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring a Proactively manage and busy diary whilst maximising revenue
  • Drive sales forward and maximise business profitability
  • Ensuring all staff members are hitting their monthly targets
  • Prepare management reports & analyse financial performance
  • Managing professional & retail stock levels
  • Assisting in arranging the staff rota and cover
  • Assist the training team with all new starter schedules and mentoring of New Staff into your location.
  • Assist in successfully rolling out In house Promotions and events
  • Trial and test new procedures that are then to be rolled out to other stores
  • Ensure your team is motivated and feels supported ,  meet regularly with the HR Manager and be able to deal with certain HR issues and procedures
  • Ensure your team are working to the company standard operating procedure at all times.
  • Ensure a and five star experience is delivered to every client  at all times

You will need:

  • At least 3 years management experience ideally gained within a retail beauty business environment such as a Spa or Branded Beauty House ideally
  • Have experience of managing and motivating a  team
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Have lots of initiative and thrive working under pressure
  • Proven track record in setting and delivering against KPI’s/sales targets
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Excellent Client Service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Have the aspiration of progressing and want a career path
  • A minimum of 3 years working Visa

You will be required to work on a rota basis which will include some weekends and some evening work.

This position will include a comprehensive training programme in order to prepare you for the role, and continue to support you throughout.

Salary: EXCELLENT BONUS & COMMISSION SCHEME

  • An absolute PASSION for waxing!
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience using hot and Strip wax in a salon/spa.
  • Proficient with Brazilian & Hollywood Hot waxing
  • Exceptional retail skills
  • Strong customer care skills
  • Must be a strong team player with attention to detail
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly personality
  • Completely fluent in the English language
  • Flexible, with a can do attitude

The position requires you to work on a rota basis which will include weekend and evening work.

3. Full Time Front Desk Sales Co-ordinator - all locations

Salary: Competitive Salary PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS & COMMISSION SCHEME!

We are currently seeking confident, highly customer focused and sales driven individuals to join our elite team as a full time Front Desk and Sales Co-ordinator for our London locations. You must be able to work weekends and late nights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking telephone bookings & actively manage a busy treatment diary.
  • Arriving and departing clients and taking payments.
  • Assist Boutique Managers with general day to day operations.
  • Actively demonstrating retail products and lingerie to clients.
  • Promoting and offering bra fittings to all clients.
  • Achieving personal retail targets, work to achieve overall boutique targets.
  • Stock replenishment and housekeeping ensuring that the boutique is kept at a five star standard at all times.
  • Ensure you are working to the company standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Ensure a five star experience is delivered to every client at all times. 

You will need:

  • At least two years’ experience in retail or a beauty business environment such as a salon or spa.
  • Sales focused with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • A confident, positive and  outgoing personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and the ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to follow direction and problem solve.
  • Excellent computer skills and written / verbal communication skills.
  • Have the aspiration of progressing and want a career path.
  • Candidates with experience of a spa booking system will have priority consideration.
  • Completely fluent in the English language and have a valid work permit.

4. Weekend & Evening Waxing Therapists – London locations

Salary: Competitive Salary depending on experience

 

Part time 30-32 hours per week, 4 evenings per week and one weekend day. Excellent salary and commission scheme.

5. Senior Laser Therapist / Assistant Manager

SENIOR LASER THERAPIST/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

Strip is an exciting & dynamic retail & beauty company that has been operating for over 9 years, and has four flagship central London stores, one in Loughton and concessions in Harvey Nichols and Topshop. We are the market leaders for waxing hair removal, and are now looking to dominate the laser market.

This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced, sales focused laser specialist. Ultimately your goal will be to increase awareness, and generate sales across our company.  The position would ideally suit an individual who has a strong sales back ground, good management skills and is able to mentor our hair removal specialists. The role will be diverse - combining front of house operations with the administration of exceptional laser treatments to our already established clientele. You will also be fundamental in building, analysing and developing the new client base we will achieve. The role will be based in our very busy and well established boutiques in Chelsea and Notting Hill. The ideal candidate should be exceptional in laser treatments - particularly hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

Candidate must have the following:

• An absolute PASSION for Laser – we are looking for an ambassador!
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Laser
• NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3 or equivalent
• Exceptional retail and customer service skills
• Proven sales back ground in achieving targets as well as the ability to set targets for their team.
• Experience in leading and develop an elite team of employees        
• Proactively manage and maintain our client database through evaluation, analysis and developing treatment plans for all our laser clients.
• Manage professional & retail stock levels  alongside the Boutique Manager      
• Brainstorm and participate in internal promotions.
• Manage opening & closing procedures
• Possess excellent presentation and housekeeping
• Show flexibility and professionalism at all times
• Must be a strong team player with attention to detail

The candidate will be expected to work weekends and some evenings on a rota system. This position will include a bespoke training programme in order to prepare you for the role, and aspire to develop you further. You will be well presented, confident, results driven and committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The candidate will be a leader amongst their team and be as passionate about hair removal as we are!
