2. Boutique Manager, full time 40 hours p/w

Due to our continued success and expansion we are now seeking an experienced, driven boutique/salon manager to be based in one of our London Stores. The core of the role will be ensuring Strip is at the cutting edge of the retail and beauty industry and a five star service is offered no matter what. The candidate will be in charge of a team consisting of Front desk and Therapists.
The ideal candidate must have worked in a management role in the beauty or retail industry and be extremely driven, ambitious, personable and sales orientated.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring a Proactively manage and busy diary whilst maximising revenue

Drive sales forward and maximise business profitability

Ensuring all staff members are hitting their monthly targets
-
Prepare management reports & analyse financial performance
-
Managing professional & retail stock levels
-
Assisting in arranging the staff rota and cover
-
Assist the training team with all new starter schedules and mentoring of New Staff into your location.

Assist in successfully rolling out In house Promotions and events
-
Trial and test new procedures that are then to be rolled out to other stores

Ensure your team is motivated and feels supported , meet regularly with the HR Manager and be able to deal with certain HR issues and procedures

Ensure your team are working to the company standard operating procedure at all times.

You will need:

At least 3 years management experience ideally gained within a retail beauty business environment such as a Spa or Branded Beauty House ideally

3. PA / Rota co-coordinator Full time 9.30am-6pm
Salary: £22-£24k Full time
Ideally you will be someone who has worked in a PA capacity within a fast paced environment already. You must be happy to `roll up your sleeves` to assist in business matters across the board as well as personally assist two very busy directors.

Your main responsibility will be creating monthly staff rotas for our 5 London boutiques and 3 concessions and on a daily basis ensuring the correct amount of staffing levels are adequate throughout the coming weeks/months. Along with amending the rota to cover absence.

Assist payroll by updating all employees hours worked and assist HR with detailing sickness in the rota.
-
Liaising with our PR Company to book appointment for VIP’s and editors into the required location, and tracking all appointments booked.

Taking minutes for weekly team meetings and following up actions before the next meeting
-
Initiating and arranging external and internal meetings for the Director and other Senior Managers
-

Ensuring e-mails, telephone calls and correspondence are followed up within the required period of time

Maintaining effective paper and electronic filing systems
You should have a flare for detail, have excellent excel skills and be an excellent administrator, strong diary management skills, have the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment and be able to deal with confidential conversations and documents for the business. You must have proficient typing and IT skills and have the knowledge and ability to be able to control difficult situations.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience within a PA capacity, including experience of HR administration and procedures, knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and be comfortable with a diverse workload.

4. Media Marketing & Advertising Manager Full time
Salary: £30k plus benefits
The ideal candidate will have had at minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Media Marketing and Design, with good business acumen including excellent commercial awareness. You will be responsible for the ongoing design and campaign management of Strip’s website, HTML’s, promotional collateral; advertising (print and viral) and liaison with our PR agency. A strong creative eye is essential coupled with excellent creative writing and IT skills.
We are looking for someone who would be able to demonstrate a clear desire and passion to work within the retail & beauty sector.
You will be responsible for the following:

Managing the yearly budget for all Advertisement and Marketing activity.

Create ongoing Advertisement and Marketing calendar and report on spend versus return.

Work closely with all boutique managers and concession managers to understand their individual marketing and promotional needs.

Be first point of contact for our external PR company,

Respond to requests from Media for images, quotes, Q&A’s

Up-date twitter and Face book regular
-
Maintain physical company Press portfolio and Published Advert portfolio.

Creating eye catching artwork for various Advertisement, Marketing collateral and Promotions

Create exciting monthly HTML’s

Update company website (training will be given on content management system)

Reports to management on Google analytics

Running Google add word campaigns and reporting on activity

Update all marketing and promotional collateral

Maintain and administer regular viral marketing through our in- house software system
You will need the following experience:

Educated to degree level, ideally a Business Media Marketing graduate

Excellent experience of photo shop and desktop publishing software (InDesign)

Working Knowledge of HTML

Familiar with website content management systems

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
