These Terms & Conditions are applicable across all locations who are offering the Strip Treat Card programme.

Terms & Conditions are available in store, however the most up to date version of the terms and conditions can be found on our website striphairremovalexperts.com
The current conversion rate is: £1 spent equals 1 point.
Points are not exchangeable for cash.
Treats can only be redeemed when the client is also having a paid treatment.
Points accumulate to give you access to Strip Treats.
Points are not accumulated through laser course spend
Strip may, on occasion alter the number of points available per £1 of spend on certain services, or products, we will display notices of this via email to Strip Treat Card Members and occasionally have signage in store.
Strip will keep refreshing its point’s redemption offering and reserves the right to remove products or services at any time without notice.
Strip Treat Card members must present their card at departure in order to collect points.
Each client is only entitled to one Strip Treat Card at any one time, this card is assigned to and is unique to you only. Other Strip clients cannot accumulate points for you.
Points are non-transferable between clients.
Points are accumulated and redeemable through in store spend at our Notting Hill, Chelsea, Soho, One New Change, Loughton Salons and our Harvey Nichols Bristol concession.
Points are currently not accumulated or redeemable for any online spend.
If a discount is applied to a service, or product, points will be accumulated on the amount paid and not the original selling price of the product or treatment.
Products earned through the Strip Treat Card programme are non-refundable or returnable.
You can leave the Strip Treat Card programme at any time however in doing so you forfeit any points you have accumulated.
Your Strip Treat Card account, if inactive for 1 year, i.e. you have not spent, or built up any points over this time, will be deactivated and your points become void.
Strip reserves the right to terminate the Strip Treat Card programme without any warning.
Strip Treat Card Program is registered to Strip Ltd 102 Fulham Road London SW3 6HS.

Amazing hot wax as always! I’ve been coming to Strip for ages now and even though I’ve moved away from the area, I always make the journey because it’s more than worth it for a top class wax and as pain free an experience as a hot waxing can be. I have been looking for a hair removal salon since leaving NYC. A lot of beauty salons use mediocre wax, however at Strip they use the proper black wax which is the best and most comfortable way to remove hair it is also super quick. Staff could not have been more friendly helpful and professional. I will definitely be returning to Strip!
As it was my first waxing I was quite nervous. There was no need to be. The staff were friendly and professional. Eva put me at ease by explaining everything. She did an amazing treatment, virtually pain free. Will definitely be back. Thank you Eva and all the staff .
Absolutely amazing wax with Martina today. The whole experience from Terri on reception to the treatment was fantastic and I cannot recommend this salon enough. Having recently undergone extensive surgery for Crohn’s disease, I was nervous for my first wax in a few years and Martina was just amazing she listened to me and made me feel totally relaxed and in safe hands. The wax they use is fantastic and you barely feel a thing. Can’t wait to come back!
This was my first Hollywood Wax and I was nervous. The reception staff were extremely helpful with my questions beforehand. Holly my waxing technician, was extremely friendly, helpful and really put me at ease. It hurt a little, but nothing to how I thought it was going to and it was over very quickly. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic service!
Michaela is hands down the best wax therapist I have ever had. She literally is the best. I am never disappointed when my appointment is with her. She’s professional, quick and always does an immaculate job. I actually look forward to my appointments which is quite rare. I can’t recommend her enough!
Honestly the best intimate waxing in London. Quick and as pain-free as it’s gonna get. My favourite therapist is Luciana – she’s such a pro and makes the whole experience easy and stress-free.
Hands down the best wax I have ever had. This was my first time going to Strip and there was no pain whatsoever and it was over so quickly! I have very sensitive skin and am always in pain whenever I get a wax however, I had none of these issues here! Will 100% be back.
